Jalan Ramah Lingkungan

Pada hari Senin, 16 Desember 2024, SMA Tarakanita Citra Raya mengadakan kegiatan Jalan Ramah Lingkungan yang diikuti oleh para guru dan para peserta didik dengan antusias dan dengan semangat. Jalan Ramah Lingkungan tidak hanya bertujuan untuk menyehatkan tubuh, melainkan juga sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, para peserta didik, didampingi oleh para guru, berjalan sesuai dengan rute disekitar sekolah bersama dengan kelompok yang telah ditentukan. Sembari berjalan, para peserta didik diberikan trash bag untuk mengambil sampah yang ditemukan selama perjalanan yang nantinya akan dikumpulkan lalu dibuang.

Acara ini dimulai pada pukul 08.15 dan diawali dengan briefing kemudian dilanjut dengan doa supaya kegiatan Jalan Ramah Lingkungan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Setelah itu, para peserta didik mulai berjalan keluar sekolah didampingi oleh guru-guru. Untuk menambah antusiasme para peserta didik, tim Bantara SMA Tarakanita Citra Raya menyiapkan pos-pos permainan seru di sepanjang rute yang akan dikunjungi setiap kelompok. Para peserta didik diminta untuk memilih 7 orang perwakilan untuk bermain bersama. Permainan-permainan yang disiapkan oleh Bantara merupakan permainan kelompok yang tentunya memerlukan kerja sama yang baik antar anggota kelompok supaya bisa memenangkan permainan yang dimainkan. Pada pukul 11.00 para peserta didik kembali ke sekolah dengan selamat dan bahagia karena perjalanan kembali diselingi dengan canda tawa para peserta didik dengan para guru pendamping.

Tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ditengah cuaca yang kurang baik dan untuk mengurangi sampah yang ada di sekitar lingkungan sekolah, kegiatan Jalan Ramah Lingkungan ini dapat mempererat hubungan antar para peserta didik, tidak hanya teman satu kelas tetapi juga dengan teman-teman dari kelas atau angkatan yang berbeda. Acara ini juga memberikan pengalaman yang berharga bagi para peserta didik tentang kerja sama, pertemanan, dan cinta terhadap lingkungan.(Virya,Ellen dan Hieronima)

at first, i thought that it would be pointless and just very tiring, but after doing the fun walk i realized that it was indeed very tiring. As we have no break time to eat any snacks or to fill up our stomach but it wasn't pointless, yet it was a really fun thing to do. Playing games together with friends, having fun, improving the class's chemistry and especially making the streets clean, even though it wasn't much, but in my opinion no matter how small the work is, it is still important.

The weather is very windy that day, sometimes a drop of rain starts to fall from the sky. To be honest, I don't really clean that much, just several things. The game was fun though, I played once and I guess my team win.
