These are not just words we memorize, but lessons we learn to apply in our everyday lives, whether at home, in school, or even online. One of the most valuable parts of Character Building is how it encourages self-reflection. We are often given the chance to look at ourselves honestly, to recognize both our strengths and our weaknesses. For example, when we discussed empathy, I realized how often I overlook what other people are feeling just because I’m too focused on my own world.
